Laboratoria is a social enterprise that teaches young women from low-income households to become front-end developers and UX designers.

Started in Lima, Peru in 2008, Laboratoria has since expanded to other countries in Latin America and has graduated over 1,000 women, 90% of whom have landed jobs in the technology sector.

These are images from a hackathon that takes place at the end of a Laboratoria training course, where the students work with technology companies who are there to recruit them.
